★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7th Jan is Birthday of gym, good supportive staff, all instruments and machines are good, clean. I personally like Treadmil, dumbbells, wights are and machines
There are some drawback too
* Machine are not well maintained their handles holding rubber was missing, wight clip or noob are not good,
* There is no shoulder and forearm machine you need to mange with Dumbbell :(
*. Trainer will not support or give attention unless you asked them
