Ladies having a different timing though.
It is one of the best gym ? in Nashik city. It has all the necessary gym equipments such as:
dumbles, rods plates, triceps m/c, biceps m/c, precher m/c, chest m/c, back m/c, cycling, ropes, mirrors, weighing m/c, leg m/c....etc
The trainer Lokesh sir is also too good. He knews everything beyond the gyming and science behind it.
Timing-. Morning 5am to 12pm
Afternoon 4pm to10 pm
