After my younger one I had gained so much.For good 3 years I juggled with lot of harmonal issues because of which nothing was working for me.I tried everything but all in vain.There is this when an angelic friend who has dropped 28kgs with Fitmirchi in 3months introduced me to this life transforming diet.I dropped 10kgs in 2months.Keto has been a blessing for me.It worked wonders. Best part is I don’t have to worry if there’ gluten/soy and other stuff that I am unable to eat.
