★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym has just what I need. I tend to work out in the early morning. I never had to wait for equipment. Additionally, I found the right trainer Tushar who helped me to reach my fitness goals.
He challenges me and seems to know my capabilities or how much more I can be pushed more than I do. He’s very intuitive and easy to work with while still being challenging.
I would definitely recommend to join the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Gyms in Mira Bhayandar. Worth the money spent. The Gym has good number of machines and is well maintained. Trainers are equally good. Very supportive! I have been training with Imran Sir since past one year. He's an amazing trainer. The manner in which he explains you how to do any exercise is mind blowing. I have been able to push my self hard only because of his motivation. Also, hats off to his dedication. He puts in so much efforts.?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent well maintained gym targeting all your basic needs to maintain your fitness levels. The trainers are well aware and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to motivate and train. The place has a lot of potential though, considering its 2021 the old conventional style of gym is soon fading away. Overall a decent place to start working out.

Right from the receptionist to the trainers to the gym owner all are really generous and always ready to help.
The gym is well equipped with all the necessary latest equipments and machines.
The vibe is good too and you will also find good experienced crowd always helping beginners.
The charges are also very affordable as compared to other gyms.
Overall I'm really happy for making this investment for my health.

The environment & the equipment in gym are very nice & I enjoy my workout over here.
I have not taken personal training but still the trainer at the gym, Imran sir, had constantly helped me out, gave new exercises & also explained each & everything properly.
I would definitely recommend to join the gym.
