★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well maintained and hygiene. I am a beginner and feeling great to be changed. Trainer "Sattish" is very humble and gives proper guidance along with the diet. Feels great to ba a part of this gym. Cardio, cross fit, weight lifting, pull up equipments... u just name it.... Everyone cooperates and supports whenever needed. Way more to go!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have been working out here for more than a month now. Very nice environment, properly sanitized and cleansed regularly. The trainer is nice with good communication, takes care of individuals nicely. All the equipments are in good condition and enough space to do all exercise. The cose is also reasonable and they also have zumba and other group activity as well. BMI calculation and food chart guide is also there. Very nice overall.

TRAINER kishore : You are an amazing Trainer and a good human being but besides that you are a very good friend.
TRAINER satish : You are among the most talented trainers I’ve met. You have been very helpful and thoughtful as well. Very few people are as humble as you are . Amazing lad, mostly like a little brother who works diligently.
The gym is absolutely amazing. There’s literally everything. I am a professional EMS instructor myself and I would definitely recommend this gym to people around .

It’s the perfect gym with the best of amenities.Clean and well equipped.I have tried quite a few gyms with personal training and by far fitness cafe has the best service. They have friendly and knowledgeable trainers who are completely focused on the clients . The coaching and guidance has been exceptional. They made an effort to understand what I am really striving for and has been motivating to get me there and further, while having fun. Totally recommend this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gym in the Mahadevapura area. Trainer Sathish is a very good teacher, not only motivates you but also makes sure that you don't get bored by doing the same excercises. He's very well experienced in terms of making you lose weight or gain weight. I lost about 6 kgs in 40 days under his guidance. This place has almost all types of equipments necessary to make you fit and be excited about coming here. It's also very cost effective and personal training is included in the membership cost. Highly recommended.
