Sidharth, one of the trainers, have been coaching me and I am really happy the way he trains me. Understanding my capacity, adjusting his style of coaching. And keeps encouraging me to beyond.

They make u workout and all trainer are very supportive . Thank you to Sachin sir and Satish for great support to achieve my result. I highly recommend fitness factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me take an opportunity to put down few words regarding my workout at Gym Energy Hub(Fitness Factory). I have transformed myself physically and mentally so well in this short period of time. I would like to thank PT Aditya for guiding me with his esteemed skills for fitness and nutrition. But due to some reason he had to leave the gym. Later on, I am very lucky have Mr. Akshay as my PT since past few weeks. I find no difference in the skill level as both are focused on keeping a sound health and soul. My point is if both Trainer and Member are contributing 100% there should be always result which is satisfactory. Keep moving ahead guys. Thank you all for your continuous support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good gym with decent and fitness enthusiast crowd. Very friendly and supportive instructors and personal trainers. They can help you with workout plan and diet plan to achieve your goal.Over all gym is maintained pretty good with separate activity room for Zumba and Aerobics and best part is changing room n toilet is well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym has improved over last couple of months after the management change. The equipments are of good quality and the crowd and trainers seem to be friendly. A couple more benches, and weight cages along with few more weights would make it a better gym. Looking forward to see improvements in coming future.
