All my concerns from neck and back pain due to prolonged office seating or bulges or toning, Pilates at Fitness Fusion has helped me and literally shaped me in every way possible. More recently I had joined back after some time to prepare for my wedding and I hardly had 2-3 months in hand. But the results in even this short span of time have been worderful. Now I can flaunt a few abs in my wedding dresses! All thanks to Fitness Fusion!

I am more confident about my body and feel fresher throughouut the day. 1 month of training under Dr. Namita has given me a lot of insights on different aspects of a healthy mind and body.

I have really enjoyed the sessions at Fitness Fusion whenever I have visited Delhi and I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the immense pleasure of doing a workout at Namita's fitness fusion. I have been to a number of studios in the US, but nothing compares to the effort, experience and personal coaching I received here. The trainer who conducted my session was extremely knowledgeable and explained why I needed to stretch more or breathe a certain way, she was quick to see I was doing incorrect breathing and corrected it right away.
This is by far the best pilates studio I have ever been too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness experience with namita is out of this world ..surpasses fitness first and so called gyms where I have been n done it all ...first time I found the combination of care ..right exercise ,flexibility..results and focused trainer Sachin who ensures my goals are gradually reached ...the infrared sauna really helps me in the aches and pains n detox of the skin n body ..highly recommended ...a great place that namita has lovingly created with passion and genuinely....there are no false faces here ...love it..
