He knows his stuff and translates all the technical knowledge with ease. He pushes the trainees to a great extent which is imperative to bring the change. I recommend him for personal training. I joined this gym with least passion for workout but with the excellent trainers and their encouragement I could get the motivation to keep myself fit.And for someone looking for a dedicated and helpful trainer I would highly recommend Deepak Sharma.

Nitish and Vipin (the owners of this gym) go out of their way to make you comfortable and make sure that you get your perfect workout. They keep an eye out for every member of the gym, and personally keep track of their progress in terms of fitness. It's a well maintained gym in terms of equipment and cleanliness. Would highly recommend it to anyone living in Vasant Kunj area.

Constant control of the cleanliness in the hall in compliance with all sanitary standards.
Nitish and Vipin (the owners) constantly monitor the situation in the institution.

A crew of dedicated fitness professionals and their friendly approach, tailor made fitness routines and follow ups even for general fitness member like me. Hats off! I met with all trainers I could literally feel the energy gush when they started talking about fitness. One decade of training experience they could mould more than a thousand people so far.
