★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the equipments are of being strong and in that also the x-tend series which is the best. The view from the 17th floor is breathtaking. I highly recommend this gym. They provide quality service and are very cooperative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never delivered on their promises. Mai sabki sahuliyat ke liye gym ke aache aur bure dono points pe detail likh raha hu:-
Positives (Good points):-
1) Location convenience. Located at a good spot and gym offers a good view of the city.
2) New and variety of Machines.
3) Hygiene maintained everywhere.
4) A couple of good trainers.
5) Dedicated parking in basement.
Negatives:-
1) No Locker and water machine as yet as promised.
2) No BMI/BMR machine. The clients are not aware what they are targeting when it would comes to body measurements and the trainers simply push you for Personal training. This is not helpful at all.
3) No zumba, yoga aur aerobics trainer or class.
4) No mobile application for exercise tracking. Clients don't know wo kaunsi exercise roj karte hai, kya routine hai unka. Sab apne Mann se exercise karte hai. I feel lagta hai sab clients experts hi aate hai
5) Few gym trainers are not at all focused on work. gappe ladate rehte hai ya time pass. Gym trainers should be upfront to the clients and ensure that they all are doing exercises with the right techniques. In this gym, trainers wait to get asked something.
6) No biometrics system yet as promised. Gym ki koi security hi nahi hai. Koi bhi aa ja sakta hai.
7) Bad and lathargic attitude of the management. Despite many people telling them to improve and provide services, still there is no movement.
This gym may attract you at first go but their services are really bad. All the clients know about these missing services points. I will remove the negatives and improve my rating if the gym team provides us the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well trained trainers and good in knowledge. A Fitness freak people want a standard equipments and good atmosphere in gym. I think it's enough to say as a fitness enthusiastic. Enjoying my workouts with being strong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym in the area. With large gym floor have all the facilities. Trainers are certified and very helpful. Gym is very clean.
Need to work on locker facilities though management has comitted to install lockers by the end of the month.
Rest everthing is perfect. absolute value for the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gym in area. Value for money. It is clean and large gym floor. The hardcore area is very spacious and with so many options. All equipments are of being strong which is the best in business. The trainers are very cooperative and certified by K11. I recommend to join today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined the gym on its opening at 9th March 2022. But I have subscribed on 3rd March 2022. On the day of subscription they have promised me below services
1. Gym bag
2. Application that tracks my workout plan, body measurements and diet plan
3. Sauna bath
4. Locker
5. Zumba
6. Digital entry with face recognition.
However, no promises are fulfilled yet. Whenever I inquire about it they always gives me false commitments. Even the studio A.C. is also not working. So we can't do ABS training as well.

They told me at joining time that they will provide bag, an application to track the progress, diet plan, Sonar bath, weekly activity like body weight exercise, zumba and other activities. It's been near about a month I can't see any thing is happening. I have joined the GYM because of facilities they are going to provide me as there were many option for me but I have joined what they have committed to me. I thought that this is new GYM, so they will be more focused on the facilities, so more people join and recommend the GYM. I have also recommended to my friend and he also joined but now he is disappointed as I am.
I have many time ask on desk but they provide me answer that management is looking at it. I think management is not interested on what they have committed. The trainers are co-operative and guiding us but what about the facilities they have promised. I am hoping may be they will focus more about what they have committed to people else they will lose head count at next year or may be no one will recommend they GYM as they are not getting what is promised to them.
I hope they are looking into comment here but I don't know. I will update the comment if they will improve. Hope they will read and focused on the people and GYM growth.
