★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym in the Malviya Nagar area. Equipment is in great condition, trainers are fairly helpful, music isn't terrible. It does tend to get busy in the peak hours (7-9 am) (7-10 pm) but people are generally helpful and it isn't difficult to share. Nobody wears a mask here anymore but things are constantly sanitized.

Fitness Nation is the biggest GYM in Malviya Nagar and boasts the latest international standard equipment with ample space for workouts. Facilities like GX studio and steam bath are also available. The facility is well kept and hygienic. Extra focus is placed on techniques which ensure minimal injuries.
The staff is trained and helpful; Also the overall ambiance is full of positive energy and good vibes.
Highly Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently joined fitness nation like a week back, I am really liking the place and the trainers and the curriculum. If you are planning to go, get the yearly membership so that you can get access to group classes for kick boxing, taekwondo and zumba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness Nation gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train.
A heartfelt thanks to my trainer, ADITYA, who has helped me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! His positive attitude makes me keep going. He specifically emphasize on inhaling and exhaling during workout to prevent leaking of energy during the same and this boosts up my stamina.
If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what you are looking for in a PT, then, ADITYA is the man for you there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gym I've ever visited, I joined the gym with my friend and they took one week for my initial body measurements. All trainers are focused into their personal clients or friends or girls. I must say don't join this gym if you are man ...overall gym is okay with ample parking space but for this only I won't suggest anyone to join this gym.

Ps. I miss Rajeev sir a lot who used to be my coach .He was gem of a person who used to train people from the cellular level and only a few can actually do that.
