★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gymnasium has the equipment required to get you fit and build lean muscle. The service is also great. You have trainers to guide you. This place has steam room too. The subscription plans are also affordable.

1) I was pushed to take a membership in advance (on the 25th of October) which would start from Nov 1 2018 at Rs. 12000 mentioning that the offer will expire and it will become Rs. 15000. On Nov 1, the offer is 9999. Isn't that a breach of trust?
2) I was promised a massage and diet session complimentary.
The massage guy only wanted me to purchase the massage plan.
The dietitian denied checking my BMR/BMI/Fat Percentage and also calculating my calorie intake mentioning that this is only a complimentary session and these things would be available only when you take a plan.
Isn't a complimentary session supposed to be like a normal one? It isn't for free, it is because I paid for the membership.
The gym has fine equipment and the MMA session is also good but the trainers on the floor are not bothered. They are either chit-chatting or on the phone.
Would be happy to take a refund and enroll back at my previous gym (Bodycraft) at Rs. 4999 for the year for previous members!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I have ever enrolled in a gym, it's been almost 4 months and I have to say it's been a good experience so far. The trainers here help you with the daily routine of exercise and make sure one is following the schedule. It's not just physical training, at times they also do some sort of counselling to motivate you to stay fit.
Overall, I would give it 8/10 and recommend it to anyone on this area. A big plus point is affordability of plans.
P.S. It's a bit small as compared to high end gyms, but if the aim is met, then a few things can be overlooked.
