★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst trainer I have ever met. Wasted a good amount of money by joining this gym. He had no time to check my weight, review my diet or attend my calls. Yes my weight was not even checked once in 3 months period.

Hygiene and sanitation is extremely high quality, the crowd is slotted into different times so you are given due and proper attention when you train. Flexible times, accessible and a great place to work out, with a really good open space on the above floor.

1. The trainers guide properly throughout the session on the exercises to be done, with proper positions, right weight and right amount of reps as per my physique and my fitness goal.
2. The gym is never crowded and that's why I never have to wait for my turn on machines
3. Gym is equipped with all the possible machines and equipments to not let that thought cross my mind "Kaash wo waali machine hoti" :P
4. The machines and equipments are frequently sanitised
5. Saturday's cross-fit sessions are truly amazing - a power-packed way to start my weekend
Must try for everybody trying to stay fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is undoubtedly the best gym in town. Everything from the instructors, machines to the ambience and space is great! Rohit and team do a great job of guiding you through your journey based on what your goals are. The best part is that it’s never crowded like the other gyms around because they make sure to limit the number of people in any time slot. Highly recommend go talk to Rohit!

The gym is fully equipped with the latest tech. The most super friendly staff and their immense knowledge.
The best part is there is never too many people in the gym and you never have to wait for your set.
