β β β β β Joining the sessions was for two reasons, firstly I had time (due to retirement from work and lockdown) and desire to improve my general health including getting a control on my sugar levels ,
At the outset when the coach Satyajit started the session , it was a beginning of unlearning old thoughts and getting to a path of self discovery. My first thinking was I have lost considerable time in depending on medicine alone to take care of my unhealthy conditions. But through the sessions sometime after 2 weeks completely changing my food to LCHF I started feeling the good effects, Measurements of medical parameters including sugar levels also showed positive changes, Now reaching the end of sessions except that i am still to integrate a regular exercise schedule into my daily routines I can certainly say that the sessions have been very helpful and the other participants as well as coach was very motivating , Thank you so much, I know that i am on a healthy path to have a full control on my conditions , Will be in touch with the group for info and further improvements-- Ramchandran Nair

With his extensive knowledge and innovative ideas, he succeeded to inculcate the habit of living a healthy life in me. Subconsciously, now I move on to see the constituents of individual items I grab from store shelves first, before buying. β β β β β I have been following LCHF diet for the last 5 months. I find it to be extremely good. I also feel I am not missing much on what I eat normally. But it has miraculous effect on our health & fitness level if we make changes in our diet. Though I am not diabetic but I am hypertensive & have fatty liver issue. My BP is absolutely normal now which used to be 140/90 even with medicines. Now it remains at 120/70 & I reduced my weight to 69 kg from 76 kg. Can do Suryanamaskar comfortably since I have no stiffness in body. Feel always energetic & fresh with this diet. All should follow this under Mr.Satyajit's guidance. He is an amazing person & will guide at every stage. All the best.

The way you took leadership and steered the participants in infusing how a healthy eating habit can improve oneβs health condition as well as oneβs overall body composition deserves praise in many folds. Simply wonderful!!!
Every Session you took time to clarify doubts and questions and after patience hearing, you used to reply in simple language so that it becomes decipherable to all. I appreciate from my heart on your teaching ability and in-depth knowledge on the subject.
Personalised attention - I remember, the Information sheet I had shared, containing my medical parameters on which you commented after going through everything in micro-details. I recollect, you mentioning how my LDL cholesterol is alarmingly low & is not desirable. You explained me on this in a way better than any medical practitioner.
You gave me an LCHF dietary guideline, which taking care of my Health issue, Goal setting, Goal, Macro break-up. I am trying to follow it meticulously. It is a Health asset to me. You explained me the importance of hydrating our body and the minimum intake of water in a day. Most of us are neglecting it and are casual in this regard.
while replying to one my question, you emphasized in gradual change. This is all about adapting to a healthier lifestyle. And lifestyle change has to be gradual. It is like a marathon. We cannot start at a higher speed, if we cannot sustain the entire race. So right preparation, both physical & mental is important and then gradually taking the pace. What a beautiful explanation!!!

β β β β β With the LCHF program, I was able to develop change in habits that've had a transformative effect on managing diet, visceral fat, etc. the program normalized a set of important healthy routine, that otherwise would've seemed difficult earlier. β β β β β The overall program was very scientific and doable. I got to know about science of body and nutrition as well. Mr Satyajit is expert in this. The knowledge transfer, sharing data, sharing recipes, boosting participants, answering questions, available for query anytime was commendable. We as a family sincerely followed him and got expected results. I got my Triglycerides level below 100, My wife BP medicine stopped. Triglycerides again below 70. Good cholesterol 60. So in nutshell amazing results. If one can just do what Mr Satyajit asks to do, one will get desired results for sure.
Thank you Mr Satyajit for helping us get rid of our health challenges and letting us know what should we actually eat. Thank you.

β β β β β By joining this course I have gained a vast knowledge about structure of human being, new terms such as insulin resistance, cell structure etc. All the topics regarding reversal of diabetes are covered in this course along with various causes of diseases arw also covered in detail with the help of diagrams and presentation. The cool nature of Mr. Satyajit is plus point while learning new things, he is always ready to help, whatever query is there. I would recommend that everyone should join this course and become a once own dietician and also help others in achieving their goals.
