Orthocure Clinic- India's 1st Chain Of Specialty Clinics For Orthopaedic Problems - Gurugram

I feel lower back pain since last few years and consulted Orthocure Nirvana clinic Dr Ankush Garg who suggested some tests and finally recommended for physiotherapy sessions. I just started taking physiotherapy here with Dr Archana Singh in this clinic and feeling very comfortable now. Dr Archana examined and identified the cause of the problem and recommended some exercises that really helped me in the first week of treatment itself. I am feeling more comfortable now and looking forward to get back to my marathon running practices again in near future.

I am thankful to my physiotherapist Dr Surbhi Bhatnagar. She treated me for shoulder pain-due to labral tears , bursitis and nerve impingement. With regular physiotherapy treatment, I am perfectly fine. Dr Surbhi is courteous , she understands the issue and addresses them appropriately. I strongly recommend her.

I did Physio sessions for my neck and shoulder pain at Orthocure, Nirvana with Dr. Archana Singh. I came out feeling much better and have seen quite an improvement in the last 2 months. Dr. Archana is very knowledgable and a through professional and all sessions conducted had her personal attention. I would highly recommend Dr. Archana and Orthocure.

The team from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. The office is immaculate. The staff is exceptional, from check-in to techs to Dr.Archana Singh herself, who can make your experience of a painful situation like a happy day at Disneyland. They are more than professional and exemplary of what a doctor's office should be and run like. I traveled from piooner park gurgaon to come here, and everything that they say is more than true and accurate. I look forward to my follow-up. Over exorbitant costing, charged almost 22000 for more than 10 sessions and I ended up having severe neck pain. The traction which was supposed to help me for my disc bulges ended causing me permanent pinching in both hands. Previously it was only in one hand and now I have it in 2 hands. I never had permanent pinching only on left side and now I have it in both hands and I had to take multiple muscle relaxants. I checked with ortho and he said traction should be the last thing done on my condition . My neck is stiff as well and this after all the taking cold packs etc prescribed by them. They should stop giving one stop solution to everyone covering cost of their machines. I am waiting to get better and I will definitely raise this issue.

My review is gonna be a lengthy one , but I feel, it would benefit someone who is desperately looking for a chiro or a physio. Health Condition: Back pain & neck pain for more than 20 years.Pain in left shoulder, inability to turn head to the left and also was experiencing sharp pain in my left shoulder that radiates down to my arm. Also, I have been experiencing migraine headaches on a fairly normal basis for the better part of my life. I have been living with pain for more than 20 years. I have consulted various doctors including specialists in many hospitals and clinics but none of them could fix my problem let alone finding out the root cause of my problem. All they did was prescribed me with different kinds of pain killers. The last ortho I saw was in 2020, the pain in my left shoulder was killing me so I decided to pay him a visit. He spent hardly 10 mins with me, prescribed me a pain killer and he suggested I should get steroid injection which he said would cure my problem. I knew that won't solve my problem so I rejected his advise, well the pain eventually subsided. Recently, the pain came back on but much worse. It was so severe I was not able to focus on anything. Sleeping was another nightmare I had to endure every night. But I was reluctant to visit another doctor because I no longer trust any medical doctor that could fix me. I decided to look for an alternative. I googled for a chiropractor and I found Orthocure in Nirvana Country. There I met Dr. Verusha Seethal, a Chiropractor. She is so lovely, very warm and a very caring person and she really took a personal interest in my problems. She not only listens intently but take notes and asked me several questions about my health history and family history. Before she could begin her treatment with me she asked me to get x-rays of my spine. Which I did, it showed I have several issues in my spine. It also showed my spine aren't aligned. She adviced I should get a bone density scan to get to the bottom of the issue. So I did dexa scan and the report showed I have Cervical Degenerative Disc disease. Due to this she could not perform chiro on me until my bone health improves. She asked me if I would be interested in seeing a physiotherapist, I agreed, so she referred me to her colleague a physiotherapist Dr. Archana. Again, she's such a lovely person and I must say she's a professional with indepth knowledge on her field. Since Dr. Seethal had already briefed her about my health details she immediately get to work on me, she knows exactly what to do with me. I did 8 sessions with her. Each visit I was able to see improvement in my ability to increase my range of motion. Now the heaviness in my shoulder and the pain is completely gone and also my back pain is greatly diminished. I am amazed at how much better I feel. I would've loved to continue more sessions with her but since I have to relocate I couldn't continue. But she has taught me different exercises I can do at home to help improve my condition and keep my neck and back strong. And I'd be doing video session when the need arises. I consider myself very lucky for finding them. I feel nothing short of blessed to have found this clinic. Thank you Dr. Seethal and Dr. Archana. God bless you ??

Visited ortho care clinic as i was suffering with extreme hand and shoulder pain. Dr. Sankia Bakre diagnosed me having frozen shoulder. She detailed about how the treatment would progress. Dr. Sanika not only carried out the treatment at clinic but also tracked the exercises she suggested me to do at home. With each passing session I felt the improvement. Now with the treatment being completed I am relieved with pain , have restored hand movements and regained strength. Would highly recommend Dr. Sanika. .
