You can connect to whole office staff and communicate the issue but they won't resolve it insted they will put your number in block list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service. Its been 2 months and nobody is able to resolve my speed issue. I have a plan for 40 MBPS you can clearly see my speed test results in the image attached.
Nodal officer for Jabalpur is of no use. They can just give you false promises.
They will tell you that they will call you in 15 minutes but never calls back.
Pathetic service by customer care and Five Net Service Provider.

I got the connection one month back, it worked pretty nicely for 20 days but from last 10 days, I have a problem on daily basis. It takes the team hours to address or resolve the problem. I have been patient for 3-4 days considering that there can be some challenges but today it came up to brim.
From 10 am in the morning they have been telling 1 hr max and it's been 6 hours. I needed the net to WFH but the reliability is a big question mark for me now. Won't recommend if you have net dependencies for crucial work.
No fake review! in case some one try to change the story.
Edited review: it’s been 2 weeks after the incident and they have given good service n taken my feedback in a positive spirit.

Waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wifi stops working oftentimes and it's always going through some servicing and yet doesn't work. The customer service is so disrespectful because they never respond to texts or pick up calls. It's a waste of money.
