They never work for costumer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor experience. They take money and make false promises regarding providing the service within 3 days. After you pay, they don't pick up the calls and keep disconnecting. I stay in Manegaon and there is no service in this area at present still one of the agent called Chetan made me pay and now I am wondering when will I get the connection. Can't even cancel because they are not picking up the phone because they have no answer.

Has no trained employees, there employees has lack of technical knowledge, due to mr. Rajkumar Chaudhary i have to bear heavy losses in my business.
I am not getting proper support from there exicutives since 2 months.
I suggest never connect with narmada communication or you will lose yor clints.
Not have well trained employees.
