Been struggling to connect to a customer care authority as calls doesn't connect and if you raise complaint via tikona app or email them , they will notify you that the problem is solved but nothing happens, not even a little improvement.
Regret taking tikona connection .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service don't dare to take connection other wise you will face many problem. Either connectivity issue or any other problem. Service is very poor. 1st week of connetion u face no problem but after the 2 week start u getting slow internet then the main problem starts. When you lodge a complain in customer care they will say that backend is fine no problem detected but still u face slow internet. If you want to test your speed then you have to test on there personal speedtest portal but when u try to test your speed on other site like okla or fast or google they show the real speed for example i am using 40mbps plan and if i test my speed i have to test my speed only on tikona speed test. In tikona speed test you get speed as per your plan but on other site you will get not more than 10mbps. This is the biggest scam in the name of testspeed.
So again I warn you don't this internet you may also check reviews on google like is tikona is best internet service or not you will be amazed how the people are suffering.
