★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to call them to get my pack activated but all their numbers are switched off or not responding..I was happy with their service till now, but now I have an important presentation to prepare for which I need to research but I can't contact them to activate the internet.. This is not expected.. Please look into this or give us the option to recharge the pack ourselves..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waited to response for lang time form the company and after that I start making calls in the daily basis after that they was connected me and they visited my home location for the connection and they said me the connection cost will be ₹4000 and it take a week because of long distance.
After the week nothing happened and I visited the office and then they finally said 'We can not provide you our new connection because of the distance is too long and in the future no one other customer for us'.
