The place is well equiped and the coach Mr. Sridhar is one of the most thoughtful coaches you will find around. With a valued and thoughtful workout sessions with diet plans and suppliments if required, Mr. Sridhar builds a customized Personal Training plan for each of his clients catering to their achievable desire and satisfaction.
A must check out place for serious work-out and to achieve any set goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to work out and get healthy, the only problem here is that the floor space is a bit small and in peak times you cannot work out everything will be equipped. I suggest coming here early morning or at 4 pm
