★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good atmosphere , supporting and helpful TLs. good service for employees. Even though HR team is also very helpful. Just one thing I didn't like , that is OT , apart from that all the things are very good.
The company is good , but the thing is how did you absorb and think about the company, because everyone has a different thinking. I am happy to be an employee of flexisales.

No work life balance here. HR never gives salary which they discuss in salary rounds.
They usually deduct 2K retention amount, because employees can't stay here more than 3 month. No value for genuine, Punctual people. Faced Partiallity here.
TL nitesh mishra is worst TL who don't know how to behave with team on floor, shouting like an idiot on the floor.
Never recommend this company.

As per my personal experience freshers can also join and gain a lot of knowledge here because I also joined as one in the firm. Great firm!!

HR TL and Managers both are very cheap
Terminate employees bcz of salary nd hier employee in less salary.Company policy aslo very pathetic.
Who can't speak English is nw manager here.
Even if last option please don't join
All good reviews has been put by hr and TL and their family and friends.
Very very pathetic company ,don't go please..!
