★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domestic and international call centre for airlines which mostly serves indian customers only. Good for freshers to start the career in BPO but they are paying very less to freshers. No two side cabs available, 10800 in hand for freshers and 14 -15k for experienced. Many of them you will find leaving the job in A month. I dont know the reason but may be the pressure.
Parking is available but very less space and shared parking so security will always there to tell you to park your bike outside if you are A visiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This will be a very honest review for those ppl who are willing to join this company (especially people from frankfinn and out of pune). Guys if you are really educated please do not join this company. This is the worst and worst company ever you'll come across too. The HR management and another staff is so ill-mannered and not at all trained. I wasted my 9 months over here delivery very good performance but was never appreciated or paid off for my work. During covid times, literally the TL's asked us to resign promising that we will get a experience letter without paying a penny but later they asked me to pay 15k just to have the this company's experience letter. These people are the worst (Zaki Kazi, Febin Baby, Priyanka Namdeo and each and every HR staff). I never wished to mentioned these people names but they have irritated and wasted a lot of my time with zero output. They are just here to make you work as a slave and nothing else. If you are really educated then think for 100 times before you join this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company if u are on notice period while serving notice period they put lots of pressure on employees not pay the salary for notice period work pressure is more if we work 13 hours thn they consider 9 hour don't join

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bhushan Joshi, never got help from him, he is just like bol bachchan & worst part is he like to make to make fun of candidates in training, Making them doing thumka, dance, push-up etc. All that was okay in training but we came on floor and never got the support, bhushan was never coming and the mentor which was given to us as per his suggestion only we all use to do tagging & they were getting wrong so have to listen from quality and that's the reason I shouted on WFM team coz no one is there here to tell us the tagging then why we should go on avial, to here something more from quality..
The worst management ever seen on floor also an human resources department also on floor as I was in the clear trip process they never allowed to use ACW AFTER CALL WORK.
And human resources not even giving my full and final settlement amount I worked for 30 days 10 days salary deduction is okay coz I resigned on same day and in was probhition period so deduction of 10 is no issue but remaining 20 days salary they are not paying.
Request to you all never join IGT.
