★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered some grocery items from Flipkart on 8th October my delivery date was 11th October on that day the delivery boy called me and told me to deliver my product within 2 to 3 hours I didn't get any product by that day when I call that delivery guy told me that day was not possible to deliver my product that's why Flipkart has delete my delivery time by 16th of October after 16th October I am getting every date regarding my order till now now I didn't get my single order item and the Flipkart customer care executive are so disgusting they are not able to solve my problem rather they are not able to connect me with the senior team regarding my issue I need my money back I didn't need my refund they don't do that also what are disgusting situation I am facing right now it's so bad experience with Flipkart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience of dealing with Flipkart for the first time is worst. Product not delivered as scheduled twice. Logistic partner, Ekart, not competent. Resolution part too weak. Policies of delivery and refund, seems to be not fair and transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am cheated by flipcard. My son present her uncle a bed and a almirah. But within a month the whole body got fungus so badly it will be never rectified. They are not going to replace a better quality nor refund money. It will be lost case. As a customer I fell amajon is far better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, I cancel my order 4th April 2022, which amount already paid though net banking, order has been cancelled but the refund did not get till today 19th April 2022, they also do not inform when it will back, told me wait for it day by day ridiculous experience from flipkart.
