★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good staff . Their godown is nearby with a huge stock . When I went there the salesperson was out , so a guy named Bapi took me to the godown and showed me the scooters . He was very helpful with suggestions . It's a bit far from where I stay but I would recommend this place . Also do your homework before buying an electric scooter .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most painful experience ever.. . I bought a new bike on 8th September 18 in cash till now I am not receive Number after so many follow up. Every time they asked about pepers which I deposited at the time of purchase. After so many follow up they submitted tax on 18th December and said now it is motor Vachel problem and take another 15th day's. In 1st week December I notice that battery of bike is not working I tell them. Salesman said its not there responsibility it's problem of EXIDE company and it's my duty to change, after so many requests they give a person no who helped me. And I give him charges for that. When ever I asked for registration sales person said it's not his responsibility it's responsibility of registration department. I also informed there GM but not received any solution till now. God knows what is the issue .Overall it's horrible experience till now.

Fully equipped workshop. Today I have paid my first visit and satisfied with their customer service and support.

No official service center.. I am suffering badly.. One month before my E- Bike charger was damaged but still now I am not receive any charger or any positive responce.. Dont buy ur Electric Bike from hear...
