Anwar very professionally and patiently helped us select the best choice we could make and he gave some valuable suggestions such as applying a quote of oil based primer to the wall for longevity of the wallpaper and the color choices as well. He met the timelines as agreed for fixing the wallpapers. I recommend Anwar and Floating Walls.

Anwar was very attentive and customer focused that he helped make the experience of choosing wallpapers and curtains for the house easier. Even though we had situation where the wallpaper we selected wasn't in stock, Anwar was in top of things by keeping me updated and providing alternative options. He constantly followed up with the backend and ensured that my work was completed on time and without any compromise on quality. Overall, excellent service. From day 1 of our visit, we were attended by Mukesh Ji, he was very helpful with selection and also guiding us through out the process. There was 1 mistake made but he rectified it. Always pick up phone and respond. Wide range, impressive collection, I would rate 4.5 (if possible) only because it’s expensive comparatively. But good service and attention. Kishor also did very good job with installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered curtains for the whole house. Quite expensive, but that was ok and we asked to just make sure to make the curtains properly. We even bought extra fabric to make sure that there is proper coverage. What we got instead was very poorly stitched curtains that didn’t even cover half the windows. Clearly they charged for the fabric but used just a fraction of it.
Update: after this review the store manager contacted me and turned out that it was a stitching mistake. She was very Cooperating and helped rectify the problems. Happy with the final result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience overall. Asif, the salesperson there was patient and helped us decide on the curtain. Tailor who came home for measurements and installations was quick and efficient. Curtains were installed before the scheduled date and Asif also called again to make sure we were happy with the job. Overall a great experience.
