★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent response. Courteous prompt service for your apple products. Rates are very competitive. They fixed my ipad mini battery and screen. Now iphone 6s plus battery. Even apple service centers either in india or outside india in terms of efficiency or courtesy. They even provide warranty on their jobs. The people to call on for your apple products needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My keyboard wasn't functioning so I called IFix guys fo check this out. This was my work laptop so I had to get it done over the weekend.
IFix guys diagnised the issue properly and also updated me about a battery issue which was affecting other components in the laptop. I gave a ho ahead after they explained what needs to be done.
My laptop was repaired in time and I received the samd by the next day evening. I also had arranged a pickup and drop for my laptop since I didn't want to go out due to the Covid-19 reasons.
I would say the work was done professionally and I would highly recommend them for any Apple related repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my iWatch screen replaced and got damaged same day of receipt, when i spoke to CS person through WhatsApp they said no warranty, version changed when i called them over phone and assurance of 4 months was confirmed with same cost for repair again since physical damage is not covered. Costed 7.8K INR for glass replacement and again i have to fund 7K (800INR was offered as discount), it is mere business centre not service centre. Working for Apple i would suggest not to use this centre for any Apple products service

The parts they are using is of Genuine quality. Technicians are very polite & they follow all safety precautions..
The staff is very polite with Customers, Backend/Sales team is also good at giving updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my MacBook Pro screen replaced 2 months back here paying 35k. It stopped working after barely using it. I went to them to get it replaced as it was under warranty. They did not replace it saying there was a physical damage because of a very small dent. They simply donot care about their customers. They are just finding reasons to escape from doing their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not experienced their workmanship and hence this review is limited only to the process hoping that this 22plus year old organization take it in good stride and improves up. I do not have an iphone and had reached out to them for a glass replacement for my mobile. While their response was quick, they did come back and mention that the replacement part for that particular model was not available. I left it there and bought a glass online. A few days later I received a late evening call from their central team checking with me if the repair work is done. When I detailed them what had transpired and checked with them if they could just do the repair as i have already procured the replacement part, they mentioned it can be done and also specified the charges for the same. However on reaching out to their store in Indiraganar, I was flatly told that they cannot take up the work. The entire episode could have been avoided if they could have given this information over phone rather than committing to something that their stores cannot deliver on. Would recommend users to double check with this organization over phone and then look at service options.
