They even have some unique Spanish down pillows if you are into such indulgence. was so patient with us that we returned to order from him a week later, with measurements. This is the quality of service people should aspire to deliver to their customers. I would give the shop another 5* for the service they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was an option to select negative stars for the torture this company has put us through. The Entire team of Floor and Furnishings, Gurgaon is highly IRRESPONSIBLE, LEAST BOTHERED and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and are only hired to harass their customers AGAIN AND AGAIN!
Please save yourselves from the mental harassment and don’t purchase anything.
F&F has kept our full money and our curtains and are not refunding our amount. They made the wrong curtains in size and design even after we shared all dimensions and window sizes and they accepted their mistake in writing. Also, They didn’t give us the complete order also, half of the curtain panels were missing, belts were missing.
It’s been 70 days of chasing them day and night and they are least bothered to refund our money even after giving it in writing that they will in 3 days. Their entire team has only lied to us since the beginning and looted us by taking full payment. Kindly read the screen shots for the complete story. PATHETIC TEAM PATHETIC PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
