Beware the care taker is a big fraud and irrational.
On top of that, no sunlight on the first floor flats.
No air on 1st floor flats.
Exorbitant rates for the flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a complex of building with villa and building separately, it holds 2 and three bedroom flats, one of the early residents of this place. Has its own society and celebrate all festivals together. Peaceful neighborhood, only drawback of the place is the railway line passes to close by , so get used to the honking of train in the middle of the night. Average rent in this building should be around 22k for three bhk and then your negotiation skills
