Everything available around the area- no need to go far for groceries, water supply is available whole day, no electricity cut issue,. Peaceful area and koregaon park , station airport magarapatta DC everything is near so it's quite a good place nd building

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a big housing society, 8 floors with many blocks. Security guard is there all the time. You must make entry in register before entering the society. There is a garden for children for playing with playing instruments. There is also a swimming pool. Lots of parking space and benches to sit there any time. It have 2 entry gate. One from Bt kawde road and another is from other side. Mixed culture as there is people from all the states of India.
