★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bad experience with them today. I asked for new bouquet instead of the one already displayed, they made it and asked double the amount. Upon asking why they responded it’s new that’s why, we have to sell the one on display also, it’s your wish which one to take.
I told this is not right, to which they replied you can leave if you don’t want. They don’t know how to deal with customers anymore.
