At the time of online booking on 18th it was confirmed delivery of Cake Combo on 21st between 9 AM to 6 PM & Gift on 22nd, this type of wrong online commitments were never expected from your concern & you people are in this profession and you should commit the things accordingly as B’day date is B’day

Even yet i have not received my parcel and nobody picking my phne and replying on msgs and one more thing who lady picked the phne she blocked me on whatsapp . ??? resolve this query either i will take action .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are FRAUD and CHEATERS. If i could i wouldn’t even give half a star. They didn’t deliver my flowers and blocked my number. Took full payment and didn’t refund it. They messed my order and took full payment in advance and didn’t even bother replying. They stopped picking up my calls and any number i used. They kept delaying making excuses like we’ll refund it soon and all. It’s like after the payment is done it’s not their responsibility. Will never try again and won’t suggest anyone else. Rubbish service
