My order was supposed to be delivered at 6pm today, there's no way of contacting your customer care. The number is forever busy, chat doesn't work! Are you people just interested in looting money?? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bouquet ordered was artificially coloured and had some flowers which were not fresh. When brought to their attention, I was told that my concern was passed on to subcontractor and hopefully I will have better luck next time I order from them. This is a customer service joke

also inform to my husband before 4 hours your flowers on the way ! LOL

I have order midnight delivery and told them to keep it secret but instead delivery guy give my girl call around 10:00pm and asked if he can deliver early? Like seriously that’s how you keep it secret. I have paid extra just to ruin my surprise.
