Wanted to send flowers to my wife on Womens day. Committed time was between 6 to 9 pm.
Delivery was made at 10.30pm at night.
Just pathetic. Will never use this service again.

Its a silky smooth KitKat cake.. very thin slice of base was fully loaded with white cream.. how can we eat only the cream..it didn't taste good at all... couldn't even cut the cake before that it started melting and flowing..such a bad cake i have never tasted before..even small bakery people are making cakes better than this people.. don't buy cake here... service also not good..it spoiled our anniversary day.. worst experience with floweraura... please don't cheat customers

Left FlowerAura a WhatsApp message about the same. They tried calling me and emailed my multiple times as well. They offered to replace the flowers.
I did not end up taking their offer because I missed their attempts to call & email. But pleasantly surprised with their customer service.

Not committed to the time, Called the customer care 3 to 4 times and everyone were committing different times. You guys spoiled the day. Pls go back to basic of doing business and understand your customers well. The worst part the flowers were old and not fresh. Very Very bad FlowerAura you really need some sense. I ordered for Ferrero Rocher and you guys send small cadbury choclate not worth the money i spent. i need my money back

Ordered for two items from them. Both are horrendous and in terrible shape! The poor flowers would’ve been better off dying at your shops / stores…
Customer service also sucks !
