I did face some issues with my product but the customer service is very helpful and quick in solving your issues, which is a good thing and I would recommend this website for some amazing personalized products.

Service, commitment and delivery are commendable.
Rates are at par with market.
Response time for support is very quick.
I ordered personalized coffee mug for my wife. There was issue in adjusting one of image when I was customizing it on their site. During printing IGP designer picked up this on their own without any intimation/request from my side and resolved it to make it best fit. Much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were great fan of IGP products because they have some great hampers,cakes and plants on their site.However, just having amazing products and luring customers do not work! You need to provide good service too as customers order items for special occasions with lots of emotions and love for their friends n family but you guys only believe in minting money. I think it’s been my mistake that inspite of 2 previous experiences of early delivery (I ordered a bouquet for my sister in law for her first mother’s day occasion) instead of delivering on the day of event you delivered a horrible bouquet a day prior giving COVID restrictions excuse.I was still ok with that considering the situation. Second time ny husband wanted to surprise me on my birthday but inspite of charging extra for midnight deliveryou delivered the items around 7:30/8pm. Still ok… but again 3rd time I ordered for my husband’s birthday and again after charging for midnight delivery your executive calls and tells that the vendor cannot deliver in midnight hours so will be delivered between 5pm to 9pm. After requesting to deliver in last slot of 9pm you still got my items delivered at 4:45pm!!When I called you guys and complained you simply sent me a mail stating that you will deliver an apology note and complimentary chocolates which not to my surprise never came!!
Such a shame IGP!!! And all the items ordered were not just for couple of bucks but we’re approximately worth 5k at least for 2 occasions.You seriously need to improve and sorry but you lost your customer!

I wish I could further reduce the rating.
Have ordered flowers from them and well in advance.
But flower was not delivered on time. Then it was delayed 3 time in day. It was someone birthday. And finally flower never reached.
Customer support can't help they can't escalate the issue to supervisor. Neither can provide any resolution. Only bunch of monkey for name sake to take your call and can't provide any solution.
If you want to waste your money please order.

Today I placed an order for my cousin's birthday and customer care agent from IGP only shared the ID for which product I should place order for as it was 3 tier city I was ordering for. However at the time of delivery I receive a call stating that only partial order will be delivered and they don't have vendors to deliver the entire package.
It was the worst experience in terms of online service provider and I will never ever order from here ever again. I hope I get my refund on time now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was highly disappointed by ordering a cake with IGP. My rating is less than 1 star for IGP.
They didn't write the birthday message i asked to write. Also The image clearly shows the cake was made in a rush. Even a kid can do the design better than this. Attached the image of the cake delivered and image in site i ordered.
I understand exceptions will happen. I was not at all disappointed looking at the poorly made cake. But I disappointed by the way IGP handled the matter when i brought it to them. Even a kid can tell there is no birthday message and cake looks worst just by looking at the image. But IGP customer care person said there is no problem with the cake. I was shocked looking at the response.
They thought they can handle customers by fooling them. That's where I got irritated. Attached the image of response from IGP.
I understand the cake shops are their business customers. But they should understand the buyers are their end user customers. They tried to satisfy their business customers and fooling their end user customers. Now I understand These all reviews must be from cake shops tied with IGP, not from buyers.
I will NEVER recommend IGP to anyone.
