★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been calling Hitachi customer care since 5 days now for my washing machine.
As long as you appliance works you are lucky.
After that only GOD help you, as Hitachi certainly doesn't.
Every time you call they have a different excuse -- no one knows when the technician will visit and what the problem is.
They dont even have their own technicians, the call centre knows nothing about anything .
Hitachi = Harrassment !!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially they were good and prompt service provider. But now it has become worst one. Suffering with my acs badly. The technicians won't turn up in given time and even after attending, they take more than 10 -15 days to fix the problem. Mostly they will keep charging on some or other pretext in spite of AMC. The same problem keeps lingering as well. Very poor quality service , pathetic. I am really fed up. I had all Hitachi products as I trusted them but now I am shifting out. They are horrible after they have outsourced the service contract to third party . Totally irresponsible. Really pity the company's brand value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IAM having 1ton window AC. Within 4 years the service guys says I have to change the cooling coil which is costing Rs 8000. I had other brands earlier but never faced such issue other than gas filling. Stay at goregaon west and service is equally bad.
