★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cake was superb, it was a lovely surprise by my hubby. Flower was fresh. Kitkat was very cutely packaged. Everything was on time. Loved the surprise by my hubby. But one thing was disheartening when I have seen the guy who is delivering everything was riding Bicycle from laketown to birati. It has broken my heart into pieces that too on my birthday eve. Please provide them that amount of money so that they can afford a scooter or scooty or bike. Or provide them the vehicles. Don't be so inhuman. Cut two stars only for that. They are your employees I know situation is tough still. Please take care of your employees because they are doing so much for the company may be he is the only earning member. Please take care of them, Sir. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered this cake from floweraura. And loved the taste. I really really liked the cake their delivery system and behaviour. You can also send cakes to your loved ones. Overall i had a good experience with them and would order again. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for cakes to celebrate your special occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst experience i have with floweraura, I have placed the order one week prior to be delivered on a specific timing but half the day has gone by still no flowers, stop advertising about 2 hours same day delivery when a week prior notice couldnt be fulfilled. Celebration for mothers day at home has already been done and dusted, flowers still hasnt arrived. Due to this i dont recommend anyone to go through what i have gone though with flower aura. I am Upset and Angry and to be honest i dont know what to tell you. Pathetic,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I don't write poor reviews just for one deficiency of service, in this case of a Mother's Day gift delivery - this organisation checked all the wrong boxes.
1. Although promised to deliver a plant within 3 hrs, and an additional delivery charge of Rs.100/-, the delivery was made next day evening.
2. The lines of greetings were printed on the end of the delivery challan! Just imagine; on a delivery challan! Not on a card or even on a tag! (Photo attached). Kudos to anyone who can spot my greeting note on the challan. Try it!
3. Almost a dry, half dead tree was delivered.
An advice to this business: You are dealing with people's emotions - please try to appreciate it, respect it.
