★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest appartement in Kolkata. Security system is good. Garden maintenance is also good. Spacious construction. Near to bus stop. Near to super market and restaurant. Still some constructions activities are going on. Overall it is good for public to stay in that appartement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very modern living apartment in Bhawanipur area bang opposite the Philips office. Very spacious and well planned. The flats cost is high and therefore it's upmarket in nature.
