★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the bouquet was very good. My wife loved it. The website was friendly and easy to manouver. However the delivery was done by evening 6 pm. I realize the location is away from the city but the whole idea of a birthday bouquet is to positively impact the person's day which should be done in the morning. When I called your support line, they said they will be delivering it by 1 pm. When i called later, they stated that the commitment is to deliver it before 7. I feel the spirit of the delivery has to be understood by the people who are running logistics and the person who is taking customer calls. If this can be taken care of, I feel you have a good thing going. Good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Flower hut booked an order for delivery next day in Gurgaon. Took the money without any email/text confirmation. Did not deliver the flower and when I checked with them, said that they would either try delivery later or else issue the refund. Day 3, chasing these guys still, no assurance as to delivery or the refund. Pathetic.
