★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are crook. Be careful when you rent car from them. I was told that I will be charged RS. 700 for 4 hours and 40 Km. If I go over 4 hours I have to pay RS. 100 per hour or RS. 10 per Km whichever more. At the end when I asked how much I have to pay, the owner told me that I have to pay RS. 100 per hour plus RS. 10 per km over 40 Km. I said I am renting a car for last 4 days and I am paying overage for either hours or Km, which is more.
On top I told the driver that if you pay for any parking, please take receipt and I will pay accordingly at the end. The driver told me that he forgot to take the receipt and asked me to pay RS. 100.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very accommodating and responded right away when we contacted them to change our transfer from an airport pickup to a drop off. The driver was waiting for us at the hotel lobby right on time and it was a smooth ride to the airport. He helped us get luggage carts and accommodate all our luggage. My only recommendation would be for drivers to avoid smoking inside the vehicles, especially with the Bangkok heat. When we first got in, my daughter felt sick because of the strong cigarette smell. Once the AC was on for a while, it fortunately got better. Thank you for a prompt and reliable service.
