★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Returned there car on 11th of feb morning 10:30am without a single scratch or any damage to the car after the inspection got a clearance slip from the team and as per told by them you will get refund in 4-5 working days which later on they said on call its 8-10 working days
There every sales person on call everyday just say tomorrow you will recieve by evening
And now its been 13th day
And today as i am writing this today is 24th of feb not a single call from the team and neither I received my refund of 5k
Just a scam to keep the security deposit
Never go for them Worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and worst experience ever.
They will charge anything from your deposit in the name of policies which you are not aware of.
They themselves have internal dispute over policies.
In our case, they delivered the car 3 hour later than scheduled pickup and when we delivered 1 hour late they charged extra for late delivery that too when we had the verbal agreement on adjusting the drop time according to pickup timing. But they denied this agreement later on when we dropped the car.
So if you are still going for their service I would recommend you to write everything on paper and get it sign off from them and then fight over it to win argument or just avoid it and get other services. Don't go with slightly lesser pricing you eventually have to pay for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience. It's a fraud platform for car rental. They will ask you initially for deposit 5k-10k but they will not refund deposit money, even after multiple call to Pankaj No Response for refunds. Just i will say if you don't want to refund convey your customer 'Sir will charge you non refundable ammout 5-10k' And Pankaj don't don't make your customer fool by saying it Deposit amount.
Overall very bad customer experience from Pannu Cars. Don't go for any booking with them.

The service is very good and authentic. Since I took the car during lockdown period so I had to travel till Dwarka to collect the car company’s connaught Place office was close. You need to inform prior before going to collect the car. You can inform on call that you want to rent a car and do the rest of the formality in the office itself.
The process of taking car is very simple you just need to provide your ID (Aadhaar card, driving license, pan card, etc). You need to give car rent in advance for those many days which you are taking and Security amount. Preferred to give security amount in cash if you are paying it online you will get the security refunded after 5 to 6 days so please avoid it paying online. Then the company will make rental agreement and you need to sign it.
After doing all the formalities, The person will handover the car to you with doing proper inspection before hand Overing to you. They will take a count of every scratch, Dent or broken part of the car. Then they will click a picture of yours with car. And it’s done they will handover the keys to you.
* website is not working since 2020 so avoid visiting website for the booking.
* They provide all types of cars but the speed limit on those cars which have PB-Number plate is 120 km/hr and DL- Number plate is 80km/hr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very careless staff, they just give you lies and nothing, they don’t even check the car before giving you that everything is working or not, they just money and your life doesn’t matter to them. I will never recommend you for this rental shop, and you shouldn’t even take thier car for outings if you love your life, taking there car is 200% risky for your trip.

Utterly Horrible Service.
We had booked a Toyota Innova Crysta for our trip. But when we went to collect the car, they gave this fake excuse that the car had met with an accident with the previous owner and had gone for maintenance.
We were offered TATA Hexa instead of Crysta and we had to settle with it because we did not had any option in such a short time frame.
Coming to the vehicle provided.
1. AC vents not working,
2. Parking brakes, which is a must for mountains were not working at all.
3. The vehicle leaked power steering oil and we where stranded at 11k feet altitude with 5 female passengers.
Tried calling customer care, but they are of no use. The foolish operators keep on just saying we are trying to help. Out of 7 days, our car was left with a mechanic for 4 days. We had to hire a new car and pay 22k extra charges for that as well.
Also, we missed our hotel stay and had to pay there as well.
Such miserable services are completely unacceptable and their license should be ceased.
FAKE! FRAUD! SCAMMERS!

I have hired car this place, following is my review:
Firstly, the verification process is very bad, they will ask you for water bills, electricity bills etc which in case is not required by other professional car rental services.
They gave me car 3 hours later than the scheduled time & when i told them about delay, they told me that i can return the car 3-4 hours later than scheduled drop. I even confirmed with them over phone but when i returned car (2 hours later than scheduled time) they charged me 50 % of one day rent. The staff was very unprofessional. They deducted my security amount against my will. This was my worst experience in car rental.
Please don't rent car from here,just go to some of the best professional car rental services.
They will say something else when you pick up car & change their words completely when you drop off the car.
Honestly i won't recommend this to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional car rental place . They say that 24/7 customers service available but they will not respond . I rented a 6 seater car from them . They displayed something else in their website and they gave us something else ,. I posted a picture of both . Tires almost worn out , car has driven most Ethan 90k Km. When we called them for a repair , they are asking us to come to Delhi to repair , they are supposed to pay haryana toll tax and bill us , instead they dint inform anything about it and we were stopped by haryana police and they looted 20000 rupees from us , they gave a Chalan ticket for 500 rupees .
We waited 2 hours while we are locking the the vehicle and while we dropping , we waited 3 hours.
They even dint give us all of our deposit .
I really don’t recommend them.
