Worst car service ever.Not going to book and would advise everyone to never book this service ever. They change the selected car after full payment, then they don't even provide car on time plus do not inform about it if even you call for 2-3 continuous hours. Pathetic, Worst or any bad word you can give this to stupid car service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with zoom car (Booking id: JPS699EN5 (car No. DL2CBC8686) and JPS699YLT (car no: HR51BN2101)) is very bad. I was unable to start the trip as I couldn't find the car at the location provided by them. The customer support was not there at all. This issue is still unresolved and there is no reponse from them despite multiple queries.
