★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We 8 persons planned a trip to Srinagar conducted by flying features tour & travel private limited. The contact person for the trips was Mr DEEP RAJPUT. He was extremely courteous and took personal care to plan our tour including choice of hotels at various places and provided a vehicle with a driver who was equally courteous. I will also cherish my personal interaction with DEEP. The trip was a grand success and in short we are at home away from home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are typical fraud, bad egency . I had booked kasol,kherganga package with them. They have provided me the quotation with wrong details and not provides the mentioned activites and breakfast and dinner we take complete buffet but when we reached , only 1 piece Chapati for 1 person if you want another "paid seperately".
Dj is not there but mentioned in quote,
Bad conditions of camps.
Worst trip arrangements.
Please don't book by flying features,
Named only: flying features but they can't fly in this life if they are frauding and cheating with clients.

We have done a Himachal trip by booking with FLYING FEATURES TOUR AND AND TRAVEL PVT in DEC 2021 and travelled in Dec 2021.
We had a very nice experience with them.
They have provided all the needed things and continuously in touch even after resuming the trip.
The tour was well managed by MR DEEP RAJPUT , and took good care and suggested all do's and dont's during travels.
MR DEEP was available 24 x 7 for any updates, queries.
She upgraded our stay as considering the climate and requirement.
the driver was very much co-operative and familiar with route and shortcuts. He is not greedy at all and never asked to purchase anything from the local connects. he is used to guide us about all the needed athings.
I strongly recommend team FLYING FEATURES TOUR AND TRAVEL PVT LTD for the Himachal trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked for Kerala tour and due to some reason we cancelled tour and ask for refund as per company norms but executive deepsingh has not yet paid that refund.though he told that they refund money in a week but now it's 4 and more months still we did not receive any refund... After so many follow ups they have not paid our valuable money and not responding to calls and mails. This company is fraud please consider our genuine feedback... I will never ever recommend this to anyone.
