★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a chocolate bouquet online and it was pathetic. The quality was really bad and kiddish. I contacted customer care for help and wasted my 2 days but all I received was email saying it cant be exchanged or refunded. The customer care will just waste your time by saying they haven’t received the complaint email and screenshots even after sending it four times and getting their response too. I also went to the nearby store but they didn’t help. I never expected such a bad experience with ferns n petals. Regret shopping from their online store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a dessert rose plant for mother days online. Half dead plant delivered. All reviews on the website are fake. They have fixed 5 star reviews obtained when it’s delivered. Without asking for review. It’s a big scam.
I have asked for a refund and let’s see if they can do that. Do not waste your time.
