★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order a cake from them online. Wrote a note and also called them to tell them to write Happy Birthday on top of the cake. When it arrived there wasn't anything written on the cake. I called them to complain and they said that it was my problem and that if I needed it fixed I would have to personally come with the cake all the way to the shop and get the message written on the cake.
