★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to be!!! Never ever visit this place to get diagnosed!! Very poor management!! Receptionist doesn’t even know how many patients are on waiting!!! Never ever choose this place you’ll end up waiting for hours n hours for sure!!! Would definitely like to give -5 rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unhygienic diagnostic centre i have ever been to. In the times of corona where everyone is taking extra precautions they are least bothered to take even basic precaution. Washroom was worst than public toilet. Went there for MRI and there was no proper changing room or locker room to keep belongings,help asked me keep my stuff and clothes on floor. Same gowns are being used as I saw the help keeping the gown i wore back in the cupboard from where she took it out. Blanket they used to cover me while MRI had weird smell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good but reception staff is not active at all. Have to ask same thing again & again. I sent for Brain MRI two times & second time after leaving clinic they call me again saying they are doing CT scan free with MRI & they put me in CT scan machine for 2mins but when we went to collect report they gave report for MRI only not for CT scan. If they don't wanted to give report why they call me again for test. I don't prefer this clinic again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like thank receptionist for excellent service above and beyond at reception while I was required to get venous doppler scan conducted for an appointment and also while getting reports. I would also like to appreciate excellent service of radiologist technician. It was amazing experience I had with Focus Diagnostic as compared to others in the similar line of business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous service. Took an appointment? Confirmed twice over phone, receptionist says whom did you take appointment with which number and all deflectory tactics. Local strongman says where is the sms. Just avoid. You are likely to end with more medical issues than diagnosing anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and not well behaved staff. Travelled all the way for EEG on exact time as per the given appointment but the technician was late by 2 hrs. They don't respect time for sure.
