I suffered a lot in Indore Hospital's then from Dr Ramesh sir who is also a fistula and piles surgeon and doing practice by ayurvedic treatment. He has seen my critical case of multicomplex fistula and then said only Dr Parmeshwar of Smiles Hospital can do best for you and when I went to Smiles Hospital then Dr Parmeshwar and his team listen me carefully and seen all medical reports and given me assurance don't worry be happy now you are in safe hands and now I am very very happy after the treatment done in Smiles Hospital by lazer surgery
All staff is very cooperative in all means and always taking too much care of patient with his assistant

Anaesthetist Dr. Bipin Mathew, explained everything about Anaesthesia and he is very friendly and professional. My daughter has recovered without any complications...All the doctors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been diagnosed for pilonidal sinus. Dr.Parameshwar told that it would be a day care procedure with laser treatment. It sounded very light in the beginning but when got into the details , I was informed that I had to be admitted , had to take drip, and that the surgery involved saddle block injection. I could not really digest the information and what bothered me the most was the saddle block anaesthesia information. But to my surprise on the day of my surgery i.e Dec 1, 2021, what I feared the most i.e saddle block injection was painless, I mean there was no pain at all ?. Really a big thanks to Dr.Bipin Mathew Thayil Sir for such a painfree saddle block injection. Dr. Bipin sir was very friendly, caring , a good guide and was a great support for me in the operation theatre. Also I would like to thank Dr.Parameshwar sir, Dr.Sujeev sir and the team of doctors who treated me for a painless surgery .? A great team of doctors...hats off to Smiles. Dr.Parameshwar sir is a very friendly, calm & composed and a caring person. His words and delicate dealings really makes me feel very relaxed and fearless during the follow ups. ? I also thank Dr. Sujeev sir for his timely response. My only suggestion for improvement would be to employ more skilled and experienced nurses. Otherwise it is a very good hospital for all colo-rectal problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with a 3 month old baby when I decided to go for a polyp removal surgery at SMILES. I was in so much pain through my pregnancy and post c-section. Dr.Parameshwara was very kind and understanding on my condition and advised treatment and procedures accordingly. My recovery was slow as I was unable to take much painkillers, but, Dr. Parameshwara and team ensured a safe recovery.

My first consultation with Dr. Parameshwar was exceptional and follow-ups as well. He and his team treated me with utmost care. His compassion, patience and the way he listens to the patients problems and understanding their needs is excellent even in his very busy schedule. Also, other doctors and staffs in the hospital are very good in behaving with patients.
Highly recommended to the person who is suffering from Fistula.
