★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's still under construction. Would not recommend to go out after dark for girls. No nearby market place. Surrounded by slums. Buildings are high class in terms of architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No closed parking for two wheeler . Ppl sit on your two wheeler as if they own it. No proper maintenance. They treat you as if you have committed a great crime by shifting there. Don't go there by the broker Antilla Dynamics. They are really pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is 1.3km away from vikrohli station and 1.2km from Kurla pheonix mall.Don Bosco school is the nearest landmark.The apartment is well built and there are several buildings under construction surrounding it. Has lift and parking facilities.No gym and swimming pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic society to stay. Filthy. Disputed. None of the things work properly here. Lift may stop security is non existent. No amenities anyway. It’s a breeding bed for all kinds of illness.
The connections of water and plugs are not at the correct positions.
U can’t use washing machine as no inlet outlet. And if u keep in balcony the water goes into the balcony of other ppl. Rented families are discriminated on regular basis.
Be careful of brokers telling u it’s nearby. I suggest pay more elsewhere. U don’t get brown bread or even Amchur powder or even good fresh panner also nearby. Surrounded by slums all around. And the rent is as if there is palace premises. Don’t pay more than 30-33k. Not a rupee more.
Only good thing is proximity to vidyavihar station n LBS(usually congested ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented in HDIL Premier Exotica for a very short duration. It was required for only 2 months and rent I paid in 3 BHK flat with separate rooms was ₹15,000.
The society is very good and high class. The outside view of society is not so smoothing to eyes considering the standard of this Exotica society. Also, there are no good shops nearby. The outside area doesn't look safe during night as it is secluded. Overall, it is good for staying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and large housing society. Very well developed and maintained. Huge parking facility available. 24X7 water and electricity. Society is well connected to Vidyavihar station, Phoenix mall, eastern express highway, LBS Marg, airports, Ghatkopar metro and railway station. Just opposite Don Bosco Engineering college makes it awesome. Truly located in heart of Mumbai. No traffic congestion and less crowded makes it best for stay with family. Plenty of trees around keeps the pollution levels low in the area.
