★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and strategically situated project. The builder (sales team) is very co-operative. The society houses extremely supportive and nice people. Have had amazing experience with both the sales team and office bearers of the society. 5 mins from Sakinaka Metro Station and International Airport. Very well connected to Powai and WEH. It's a great project! Go for it!

Equidistant from Western and Eastern express highway there by giving good connectivity to town and suburbs. All major banks at walking distance. Excellent eat out and 5 * hotels nearby. Gym within minutes of walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society located on Andheri Kurla Road. Society location wise is connected well to international airport, metro station, bus stop. Eleven story buildings , good for tenants working in surrounded areas. Society top Management is coperative. But you can expect some mis management by lower officials like manager, security. You can always reach to top officers for faster resolution. Nicely maintained. Still best yet to come.

We have finally found a dream home with them and excited to start new journey in Gundecha Asta.They have the proper working etiquette, they are experts in their fields and very much professional about the work they do.
I have liked the style they have built the houses, dynamic staff and also the response to customer service is fantastic.

Residents are extremely helpful and celebrate all festivals (Navratri, Diwali, Christmas, New Year's) with lots of enthusiasm and fun
Security guards are courteous and polite
Nice play areas for Badminton, Cricket, Volleyball and Toddlers
