★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my expectations doesn't meet. I travel frequently so my expectations on hotel stay is limited. But minimum basic requirements must be there. I have been charged 2.2k for deluxe room where there is no bulb in the room, toilet seats were broken, no looking glass, no cleaning activity before check-in. As we took bedsheets and pillow covers of our own so we expect only a clean washroom. But the washroom cleaned in day 2 only. Also they couldn't manage a repair of toilet seat and arrange for a bulb during my stay.
My terrace room was charged 3k per day. But very disappointed to see the room is like servant room. No maintenance from long is clearly visible. Smelly wardrobes full with dirty clothes. Bed sheets and pillow covers are not in a position to use. Manager also accepted that the room was closed from long. Also in this rate we expect a spacious room but the room is smaller than the Deluxe room. Very congested.
I have drop a complain on this to Goibibo and the team has responded and ensures the same should not face by the travellers after me. Also asked hotel management to take care of all these. These are the minimum expectations a traveler might have.
Other than all these we enjoyed our trip
Good things
1. Staffs are extremely well behaved
2. No restrictions in anything
3. They allow the kitchen to cook for your own. We have enjoyed this facility
4. terrace place is good enough for hangout
5. Its a homestay so you will feel a homely environment
6. Hotel staff can arrange bonfire on request

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the home feel of this place. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms. Food was tasty. I liked how they provide small hotel essentials like towels, flip flops, soap, shampoo and a tooth brush set like a proper hotel even though this is a home stay. I felt well serviced. Keep up the good work.
