S	Somnath Ganguly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is very good, fortunately we did not face any booking related issue. Place is nearer to joypur forest boundaries. They are having short of hands...if runs with full capacity the service might gets too delayed. However food and hygiene is good enough. Decoration is also very good everywhere.
L	Légèñdåry Ëxpèrîméñts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the thing is that this location of resort is far from main road which a problem and middle of jungle but rooms are good not great according to amount taken should be improved by adding mirror in from of wash basin and basin is clogged no place for keeping soap ?? some lights is room don't work there should be some chairs or wardrobe for keeping things Service of food and other things are pathetic I asked them for an omlette for breakfast cause they gave us burnt bread with only butter ? and egg was half boiled distroted but we had to go to joyrambati kamarpukur and they showed no response of giving it I waited then in anger went away from first day good is bad quality and quantity we had to go one day to banalata resort for dinner in dark Jungle it was good there and food service is very bad not in time they delay in giving it and tell lies when they delay and also there approach is casual not professional everything is slow Other decoration outside resort was good but it was in a remote location you can get net Hope they change this things reading the reviews and change there service
s	sourabh sadhu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort is situated on a huge land but the maintain is very poor. We faced lack of workers/employees even to serve food when we needed. Also food quality is very poor, we got very much dishearted for the food.

There are lots of holes in the room wall and in winter it is horrible. The wash basin is out side room and no mirror there and also in the bathroom so, forget about shaving. 2. I have traveled a lot for my job but never experienced such worse food like this resort but price is comparable with star hotel. No hygiene maintained so you get sick anytime. So don't stay there.
R	Rudradeep Adhikari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice weekend getaway amidst the nature. The staff is also cordial and cooperative. Food is okay. Santization amidst the pandemic is taken care of! Good place to have a relaxing weekend. Must have a car to visit.

Replacement for chicken dinner was egg dinner bereft of any taste. Cooking was rudimentary if one is being generous. Staff was so so, cannot be termed welcoming or helpful. The place could do with some maintenance. Would love to return but would not be taking the food options.

Sadly though signs of mismanagement and carelessness is evident, but for staying a day or two these are manageable. I just wish the staff take better care of the guests and the service becomes as beautiful as this place actually is.
S	Sudeshna Chowdhury on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely perfect place for peace of mind. Sit ideally and enjoy the nature. Fortunately we got double floored cottage to stay. Cottage was very beautifully decorated from inside and outside. They provide ac, TV, geyser, 4 king size bed. Overall very good. But the only problem is in their food. I think their food package was overpriced . Quality of food is quite good but problem is in quantity and timing. We waited 1:30 hr for breakfast and after that they brought 5 plates where we were 6 members. Again waited for 30 minutes for 1 plate. We asked repeatedly but they don't wanna response. They should improve their management skill. That's why I gave 4 ?
