★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service and customer treatment. Unprofessional Manager and staff. One of the staff Anil parmar doesn't know how to behave and treat the customers. Strict action must be taken against them. Would suggest avoid going here and try more customer friendly brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uneducated Manager (Dinesh Azad) & Anil/Rajkumar Parmar is one of the worst employee who doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. Very rude and pathetic person with no manners. Never thought Forever21 would get down to such level to keep employees like these. Very disappointed.
Definitely not going there again and would suggest everyone to switch to H&M and other brands rather than dealing with such stupid people.

Plus there isn't many helpers in the shop to guide you.
